Every raw material used in our Solid surface is carefully selected by our material experts to ensure its green and high quality.

All materials are subject to strict internal inspections. We keep testing every batch raw material before production, make sure the surface and the physical & chemical properties comply the stanard after production.
Mix the polymer resin with good quality quartz sand.
Casting on the fully automatic production line.
It’s continous casting sheet, and cut into the right length in the end of the production line.
Sand both side to flat after 12 hours take off from the casting line. And then polish the surface to 400 grit.
Check the both side , ensure the both side no pores, no contanmiation, make sure the size and all property comply the standard.
Film the surface and put on the pallet.
The thickness of each product will be accurately measured to ensure that the thickness of all products are up to standard.
The uniformity of color is extremely important for products, and the color of each product in the same batch will be checked and compared manually by us.
The quality of the surface directly determines the customer’s first impression, so must ensure that the surface and back without air holes, no contamination.
